Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Not Shipped: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us via email at support@CleanMyCollection.com or through the "Contact Us" page on our website. You can opt for a full refund or choose to have the products replaced. Please note that cancellations must be requested before the shipment is dispatched.

  2. Shipped Orders: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the package upon delivery, but it must be returned to us in its original, unused, and unopened condition. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and we will refund the product price only (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Returns for Faulty Products:

  1. If you receive items with quality issues due to our error within 30 days of delivery (excluding damage caused by misuse or mishandling), you are eligible for an exchange. Please note that we do not support refunds in such cases.

  2. If you suspect a fault in any of your purchased items, please contact us at support@CleanMyCollection.com with your Order ID#, item number(s), and details of the issue.

  3. For products damaged during transit, please report the damage to support@CleanMyCollection.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We recommend not opening the package if it appears damaged during transit.

Exchange & Refund Policy for Items:

  1. Consumer Guarantees: Our consumer guarantees do not apply if you simply change your mind, find a cheaper option elsewhere, decide you no longer want the product, or misuse it in a way that causes damage or faults.

Consumer Guarantees Apply: If there are issues with items due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or missing items, within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full or partial refund. Shipping:

To return your product, contact us for the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be credited to your PayPal or bank account within 1 to 3 days after we receive the returned package. You will receive two confirmation emails from PayPal/Bank and CleanMyCollection. You can verify the refund in your PayPal/Bank account or contact PayPal/Bank for further assistance.
